For every parent, it is a sight to behold when their firstborn showers love on his/her sibling. The parents get paranoid, wondering how their kids will adjust with their siblings. However, this is not the case with Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi as their three years old firstborn, Mehr Dhupia Bedi, is in awe of her three months old baby brother. For the unversed, Neha and Angad had announced their second pregnancy in July 2021, and on October 3, 2021, they had welcomed their second baby, a boy.
To announce the news of their son’s birth, Angad Bedi had shared a picture from Neha's maternity shoot on his IG handle. He had posted a picture with the caption:
''The almighty today blessed us with a baby boy. Both Neha and the baby are well. Mehr is ready to pass on the "baby" title to the new arrival. #Bedisboy is here! Waheguru mehr kare @nehadhupia thank you for being such a warrior through this journey. Lets make it a memorable one for all 4 of us now."

A few hours back, Neha Dhupia shared a series of pictures on her IG handle showcasing the love between her kids, Mehr and her baby brother. In the pictures, Neha’s son can be seen wrapped in a white cloth as his elder sister, Mehr, sat near him, and it looked like she was having a conversation with her baby brother. Mehr looked adorable wearing a unicorn hairband. Neha captioned the picture as:
“#thankful for…”
On September 8, 2021, Neha had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted a cute picture with her daughter, Mehr, from her baby shower, which was organised by her friends. In the lovely photo, Neha had kissed her baby girl, who had looked gorgeous in a white frock. Alongside it, Neha had written:
"My crowning glory."

In a conversation with Bombay Times, Angad Bedi had shared that the couple had ensured that their daughter, Mehr’s choice, is considered while planning for their second baby’s nursery. He had said:
“As parents, we are conscious of the fact that while paying attention to the newborn, we have to ensure that she’s equally attended to. We also want Mehr to learn and understand the dynamics of having a sibling. She already feels like the big sister.”
Stating that Mehr will be sharing her space with her sibling and had decided on an animal-themed nursery for him, Angad had added:
“It’s a big responsibility to raise two kids without making either feel less important. And it’s best when kids grow up in each other’s company. Mehr will be sharing her space with her sibling, so keeping her likes in mind was just as important as making the newborn comfortable. She has always been fond of animals and hence, the theme. We don’t want her to feel that she’s not the apple of our eyes. She always will be that for our entire family.”
For the unversed, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi were blessed with their firstborn, Mehr Dhupia Bedi, on November 18, 2018.
