For the red carpet debut, the actress donned a stunning black gown by fashion designer, Manish Gharat. She accessorised her look with stud earrings. Neha was specially invited to the Cannes 2025, by a car brand, BMW. Taking to her Instagram handle, she wrote:

"Thank you @bmwindia_official for letting me experience the Cannes film festival in all its glory."
