August 14, 2019, was the day when Nehha Pendse had taken to Instagram and introduced the love of her life, Shardul Singh Bayas with all her fans. Standing against the backdrop of the beautiful Duomo di Milano - Milan Cathedral in Italy, Nehha looked like a vision in green as she lovingly looked at her beau, Shardul. And ever since, marriage rumours had started to govern Nehha Pendse, only to come true next year! Yes, Nehha is getting married on January 05, 2019, in Pune and with less than a month left for her wedding, we can't keep calm! In an interview with SpotboyE, Nehha bared it all about her wedding, her beau, Shardul, sangeet and other details. But the one detail that really caught our fancy was that the actress had just one demand that she wanted to get married as per Maharashtrian rituals and that is finally happening! How excited are we!
In the same interview, Nehha Pendse revealed what made him say 'yes' to Shardul. She stated, "I know Shardul for more than a year now. He was exactly the guy who I was looking for and he changed my perception about marriage again. He was very sure about me since the day we met and that's what I loved about him the most. Because in today's life, everyone wants to date you but no one wants to give commitment. And after going through a heartbreak years ago, I decided that I just don't want to love someone for the heck of it, but want that love to reach somewhere. Nehha Pendse also shared if she was the one to take the first step towards marriage or her beau, Shardul popped the question to her. She said, "Yes, he did. Shardul is a no-nonsense kind of a person. When we met, he didn't waste a lot of time to decide if I am that woman. So he asked me to date him right away and with that, he said ‘I want to be with you for a lifetime now, so its up to you how you want to take this proposal ahead.’" Nehha further added, "Within 4-5 months, we were in an official relationship and then, we decided that we will marry in January 2020. Just that the date wasn’t fixed."
Nehha Pendse then gave a detailed explanation in the interview, about exactly 'her kind of wedding' means. The 35-year-old actress shared, "Each one who is attending my marriage will have the feeling of a vacation. I want them to enjoy every moment and that's why I have kept the whole wedding very casual and don't want to give them a typical wedding vibe. I am not going to force them with theme dress code or being part of all the rituals. As I personally don't like to attend weddings which have dress codes and stuff. I really want to set my guests free. Come and chill."
One of the best things about the wedding is the sangeet night. Revealing if she and Shardul are planning for any special couple performances, Nehha shared, "We are not practising and doing any kind of couple dance as I really don't like this kind of attention. If some surprise performances are being planned, then I don't know. But Sukhbir is performing on our sangeet. So I am sure people will have a blast." Nehha also revealed if there will be invitees from the industry, "We have a very limited guest list as I already said it will be a tight ceremony. I haven’t invited anyone as such from the so it will be our families and our dear friends at the wedding."
