The businesswoman embraced motherhood a month back and was blessed with a son. Radhika shared that she is enjoying this new phase and wanted to join the team since season 2 and said:
"I have been watching season 1 and season 2. Before joining the show, I watched a little more of season 1 and 2. I am not unfamiliar to Shark Tank. In fact, I have been having a conversation since season 2 but I just delivered a son. He is one-month old. I am glad it's materialised now."

When Radhika was asked about how she has been striking a balance between motherhood, her business and the reality show, she said that it is chaotic for her. Elaborating on the same, the entrepreneur shared that her son has been with her wherever she goes and has even spent a lot of time on the Shark Tank sets. She added:
"It is chaotic. Even as I am doing this press con, my son is here. When I was getting my hair and make-up done, he was in the suite and he spent a lot of time on the Shark Tank sets. He stayed with me. I have always believed that motherhood shouldn't limit your ability to take on new opportunities, whether it is professionally or things like this."
Radhika revealed how she has been able to manage everything with perfection and shared that she has a very good support system. She also recalled how her son had a lot of fun on the sets of Shark Tank India 3 and played with the other Sharks on the show. Radhika added:
"I have a very good support system. I won't say each day is easy but he is growing up seeing his mother as a CEO, being a Shark, doing all this. He sat on the Shark's chair, he played, he was on Aman's lap, Vineeta's lap. He is growing up seeing this, it will be great for him."
