Nimki Mukhiya fame, Bhumika Gurung had got married to her longtime boyfriend, now-husband, Shekhar Malhotra, in an Anand Karaj ceremony on March 8, 2022. And it was everything extravagant. The couple had looked madly-in-love in all of the pictures, and we can't stop but gush over their gala wedding ceremony.
On March 6, 2022, Bhumika's wedding festivities had begun with shagun ki haldi, and pictures and videos from the same had created a buzz on social media. The bride-to-be, Bhumika had looked gorgeous at her haldi ceremony. She had donned a yellow-coloured ruffle sharara and had paired it with a noodle-strapped flared kurta. She had teamed her look with patterned floral earrings and a maang teeka and had kept her makeup neutral.

A few hours back, Bhumika took to her IG stories and reshared all the pictures and videos from her post-wedding party, and the newlywed bride looked absolutely stunning in a maroon-coloured cut-out bodysuit top and paired it with distressed jeans, and flaunted her cute mangalsutra along with the modern look.
At her reception night, the couple looked ethereal in their individual ensembles. While Bhumika dazzled in a pastel pink-coloured heavily embroidered lehenga choli which she paired with a matching cape and a diamond choker neckpiece, her then groom-to-be, Shekhar had looked dapper in a black three-piece suit with a shimmery blazer.

On March 8, 2022, Bhumika Gurung and her boyfriend-turned-husband, Shekhar Malhotra, had tied the forever knot. The wedding had taken place at Sri Guru Singh Sabha Gurudwara in Andheri West, Mumbai, amidst close friends and family. Just before the Anand Karaj ceremony, Bhumika Gurung was asked about her feelings of finally getting married in an interview with the ETimes. The actress had explained that this is what she always wanted to do, and though she is feeling exhausted and tired, it's a different feeling for her. She had said:
"I am super exhausted and tired, but I love feeling that I will soon be married to someone who I want to spend the rest of my life with. It's a different feeling altogether. We were both waiting for this day to come! A month ago, we decided that in March we should get married and here we are today. Like every girl, I also dreamt a lot about how my wedding should be and my wedding is all I wanted it to be."
