Nia Sharma took the world by the storm when she was ranked number 3 in the 'Top 50 Sexiest Asian Women List' by a British-based Eastern Eye newspaper. Not just this, this bubbly young girl even beat Alia and Katrina Kaif to make it to the top. In fact, the woman, who loves ice skating and driving, has been giving us some serious fitness goals.

Nia has those envious curves that we all want. One look at her and you will paint the picture of someone indulging in those tough exercises and sweating in the gym. We all want to look thinner but maintaining and carrying a slim body isn't a cakewalk! However, a slim body proved to be a blessing for her. Looking at Nia, it would be hard to believe that she rarely works out. Nia hates to sweat thus, she avoids the gym. Even yoga isn't something that she would consider.

She prefers controlling her eating pattern rather than indulging in those hardcore exercises. At the most, she prefers to go for jogging every now and then and that's all! She was quoted as saying:
"I do not follow any gym regime or yoga simply because I don't get time. The only effort I take is to keep myself away from all the dark chocolates and junk food in the world. As far as possible, I keep a distance from all the enticing food that usually tempts me. Moreover, I make it a point to eat 'Ghar Ka Khaana' which at times gets boring, but that's anyway better and hygienic."
We know that by looking at her, one cannot imagine that she doesn't follow any exercise routine but if the truth be told, our diet has 70% impact on our body as compared to the 30% contributed by the workout!
The secret behind Nia's toned body is her restricted but healthy diet routine. She accepts that earlier she had put her hair and skin through a lot because she would starve herself in order to lose weight. Now that she understands the importance of nutritious food, she keeps herself satisfied without gaining even a single pound only by eating healthy.

Just like her workout routine, she doesn't follow a proper diet plan but makes it a point to stay as far as possible from chocolates and junk food. She is a vegetarian who swears by home cooked meals. At times, she consumes eggs to fulfil the protein requirements of the body. She prefers eating rice over chapattis.
Explaining about her diet, Nia revealed:
“Ghar Ka Khaana is the best option and this way you can fill in your stomach and you are not even eating anything unhealthy and non-nutritious food. Also, as long as you are away from the junk, dark chocolates and rest of the other bad stuff, you can help yourself to maintain a good body and a perfect figure."
Her diet doesn't include cheat days. Although she loves Hakka noodles, she sticks to the home cooked rajma chawal instead! Unlike most of us, Nia isn't a caffeine addict. She prefers having a small glass of milk instead of coffee or tea.

Nia's fitness routine is quite simple and natural. It can be well incorporated into a busy schedule. Overtime and deadlines make our fitness suffer the most. If you do not have time to hit the gym, you can just watch what you eat and you are good to go! If Nia can achieve this incredible body by controlling her diet, so can you.
