Nicole Wallace and Gabriel Guevara are back in the Culpables trilogy called Our Fault, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video on October 16, 2025. Nicole is best known for her role as 'Noah' while Gabriel played 'Nick'. They are back to bring back their characters to the OTT platform in the follow-up series of star-crossed lovers. Our Fault came four years post Your Fault, and What Made My Fault was also a global hit due to the chemistry of Nicole and Gabriel.

Well, the step-siblings were depicted as star-crossed lovers, but their feelings remained numb due to the relationship between their parents. Fans were swooned by their sizzling chemistry, and fans have always been rooting to see if Nicole and Gabriel had some real-life off-screen chemistry or not. Nicole earlier during the promotion of the romantic drama had interacted with the fans and always shared of having a platonic relationship with Gabriel. It was in October 2023 that both of them sparked dating rumours, but during the screening, she was avoiding Gabriel. Fans were concerned, as in all the frames, Nicole was literally avoiding Gabriel. According to a report by Briefly.co, when she was asked if she was still friends with Gabriel after her cold war and silence towards the actor was seen. She said:

"I can say that we have a very long working relationship, I have known him since I was 16, so very small, so year, we have a great working relationship."

However, when Gabriel was asked about the same he did say of working with Nicole but the fact that they have been friends. There were many theories that floated related to what actually went wrong between Nicole and Gabriel. A part of the internet believed that Nicole was cold towards Gabriel as the star was silent when abuse allegations on the director, Eduard Cortes emerged who had directed both of them in the series.

A Reddit post reportedly claimed that Gabriel had even bodyshamed Nicole on the sets of the movie and insulted her by saying she was not attractive enough to do intimate scenes. However, the real cause of tension in their relationship has always remained a mystery. Other theories floated, stating that Gabriel's girlfriend did not like his off-closeness bond with Nicole, which created tension between both of them.

It is sad that by December 2023, Gabriel had also unfollowed Nicole on social media as their personal and professional relationship became bitter.

It is unclear if Gabriel's girlfriend, Maria Da Nati did not approve of his bond with Nicole but it is interesting to note that both of them did not ever post a picture together. None of the stars have confirmed if they were romantically involved, and fans are not yet sure if they have a cordial bond off camera or prefer to stay cordial. Nicole was always firm in not maintaining eye contact with Gabriel during screenings. However, earlier in September 2023, the actor was accused of physical assa*** on a minor when he was in France. Both the stars have often claimed that what united them was their friendship. Although in 2024 when Gabiel confirmed that he was dating Maria fans did understand that there was no romantic relationship between both of them.

Our Fault was released on Amazon Prime Video lately and was directed by Domingo González. The story of the movie is about step siblings 'Nick' and 'Noah' who are madly in love with one another. The story goes ahead from where Your Fault ends, and the last instalment of the franchise is shown to start post the events related to the second part. Both the stars have been shown meeting at the wedding of their best friends, Jenna and Lion's wedding. The movie also has Fran Morcillo, Marta Hazas, Iván Sánchez, to name a few, and Alex de la Iglesia has backed the same along with Carolina Bang. The complicated love story of both the stars may have a conclusion which is all things emotional.
