Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal’s marriage has hit the biggest roadblock after 8 years of married life. After Nisha had filed an FIR on June 1, 2021, against Karan for hitting her, their marriage has fallen apart and the two have been accusing each other since then. From Nisha accusing Karan of extra-marital affair and domestic violence to Karan calling her bipolar, the two had washed their dirty linen in public.

Amid all this fiasco, both Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal are worried about their son’s safety and well-being. For the unversed, Karan and Nisha had announced their first pregnancy on social media in 2017 and on June 14, 2017, they were blessed with a baby boy, whom they have named Kavish Mehra. Despite the fights and divorce case, Nisha had ensured that her baby boy’s fourth birthday is celebrated in a grand manner.
Taking to her IG handle, a few hours back, Nisha Rawal shared pictures from her son, Kavish Mehra’s space-themed fourth birthday bash. While Kavish wore an all back outfit, Nisha opted for a white dress with black stockings. The place was decorated with balloons according to the theme and there were slides for the kids. Kavish’s cake with Saturn built on it complemented the theme of his birthday perfectly!
Sharing the pictures, Nisha wished her baby boy, Kavish and mentioned that she will protect his innocence until her last breath. She wrote, “Happy Birthday sweetheart! 4 years of pure bliss is what you have given to me my Littloo @kavishmehra You will only blessed with God’s choicest blessings & I shall protect your innocence until my last breath! Thank you for giving me this joy and choosing me to be your mother. The 4 lovely angels who put this special day together for me & my Littloo: Kajal, Bharti, Chandni & Rishika you are amazing!”
Amidst the legal battle, Karan Mehra had also wished his son, Kavish on his fourth birthday. On his IG handle, Karan had posted a picture of Kavish's gift from Hamleys and a space-themed cake that he had sent to him. He had captioned it as "Happy Birthday my little Man @kavishmehra God bless you and protect you always. I remember you telling me that you love me gazillions and me saying I Love You gazillions and gazillions and gazillions… I'm always right there in your heart" I will always LOVE YOU. Thankyou everyone and bless Kavish. Kove and Kugs."

It was Nisha Rawal’s friend, Munisha Khatwani, who had shared glimpses of Kavish’s fourth birthday party on June 14, 2021. Nisha had celebrated Kavish’s birthday with her mother, her friends, Rohit K Verma, Karan V Grover and Munisha. From his cake cutting ceremony to fun with friends, Munisha had recorded it all.
In an interview with the ANI, Karan Mehra had spoken about his son’s safety and had said, "I feel my son is not safe with Nisha anymore. Earlier I happily decided to let Kavish live with Nisha but now I really don't know. I don't want my child to get affected. I am really worried about him. It's heartbreaking to see whatever is happening."
