Television actor, Karan Mehra's estranged wife, Nisha Rawal is going to be part of Ekta Kapoor's reality show, Lock Upp. The show is going to be hosted by none other than the controversy queen, Kangana Ranaut. Recently, Nisha Rawal opened up about her thoughts if her husband, Karan Mehra came as one of the co-contestant on the show.
For the unversed, in a shocking turn of events, television actor, Karan Mehra is going through a rough phase, after his wife, Nisha Rawal had filed a domestic violence FIR against him and his family. It was in May 2021, when the star wife had claimed that Karan was having an extramarital affair, and when she had confronted him, he had got angry and thrashed her head on a wall.

Recently, in an interview with The Indian Express, Nisha opened up on her husband, Karan and expressed her views if he joined her in the reality show, Lock Upp. The actress stated that it is going to be good as she wanted him to talk and he has been avoiding it. She also stated that it will be a chance to show reality. Nisha shared:
"I think that would be a good thing. I have been trying to bring him to the table to talk but he just doesn’t. I think what would be better than the whole world witnessing and finding out the reality. I think I would like nothing more than that."
Earlier, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Karan had shared his side of the story. The actor had stated that he and his family had finally got the anticipatory bail after many months of fighting against the false accusation levied against them. Karan had further shared that the wrong case has been filed against his parents, who have not even visited Mumbai for two years.
On the other hand, Nisha has restarted her life and often shares glimpses of it on her Instagram handle. For instance, in January 2022, Nisha had brought a brand new car. She had posted a photo with her son, Kavish Mehra, in front of their car, Toyota Innova. Alongside it, she had written:
"Gratitude for all my new additions."

Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal had tied the knot on November 24, 2012, after being in a steady relationship.
