Nita Ambani-Mukesh Ambani Welcomed Olympic Committee's President, Thomas Bach At Their Home

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani truly believe in Atithi Devo Bhava, which means guests are equivalent to God. The Ambanis are famous for their warm hospitality and taking care of their guests by hosting lavish dinners. And as Mumbai is gearing up to host the 141st International Olympic Committee session, Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani hosted IOC president, Thomas Bach at their home, Antilia.

Nita Ambani gave a warm welcome to Thomas Bach

Just a few days ahead of the 141st IOC Session, Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani gave a warm welcome to Thomas Bach. In the pictures, we spotted Nita Ambani welcoming Mr Bach to her home, Antilia with a puja ki thali, and putting kumkum on his forehead as tikka. In another picture, we can see Mukesh Ambani posing with his wife, Nita Ambani and Thomas Bach.

We loved Nita Ambani's outfit as she wore a pretty maroon-toned saree with golden border. She styled her look with a long emerald chain, matching earrings, and diamond bangles. Subtle makeup and hair tied in a low bun completed her look.

What is the IOC session?

For those who don't know the IOC session will return to India after four decades. And it is the most important reason why Mumbai is gearing up to host the session with zeal. The session will commence from October 15 to 17, 2023, at the state-of-the-art, Jio World Convention Centre. It is an important milestone for India as it will offer the country an opportunity to flaunt its preparedness to host major global sports event like the Olympics.

For the unversed, Nita Ambani is the first Indian woman to be elected as an IOC member who presented the country's case at the 139th IOC session in Beijing in February 2022.
