Nita Ambani Designed Anant Ambani's Exquisite 'Sarpench' Using Rare Diamond And Burmese Rubies

Indian business tycoon, Mukesh Ambani and his philanthropist wife, Nita Ambani hosted one of the most extravagant weddings for their youngest, Anant Ambani, that the world had ever witnessed. From lavish decor to the presence of eminent personalities from all around the world, the Ambanis made sure to turn the wedding festivities into a spectacle that the whole world watched in awe.

Moreover, it was Nita Ambani's vision that made Anant and Radhika Merchant's nuptials 'the wedding of the century.' She made sure to look after every minute detail. Meanwhile, the gorgeousness also used her creative skills to assist the jewellery brand, Kantilal Chhotalal in crafting the sarpench for Anant Ambani, which he wore on his safa on his wedding day.

The jewellery brand, which has designed several pricey pieces for Ambani women, took to its Instagram account to share how Nita Ambani meticulously designed the sarpench using solitaires from her personal collection, which she gathered over the years. They also shared that the sarpench featured solitaires paired with a collection of pigeon blood Burmese rubies, seamlessly blending Mughal grandeur with bold Art Deco using baguette-cut diamonds.

In the same post, the jewellery brand further disclosed that Anant's ensemble for his wedding featured diamond kurta buttons encircled with rubies and rose cuts. He also opted for seven unparalleled strands of graded diamond beads. These briolettes were enhanced by a striking peacock motif clasp, a thoughtful design choice that paid tribute to Anant's enduring passion for wildlife conservation.

Kantilal Chhotalal has also designed other regal pieces of jewellery for Ambani women, not just Anant's sarpench. For the grand wedding of Anant and Radhika, Nita Ambani wore a captivating 100-carat yellow diamond and an 80-carat emerald-cut solitaire drop necklace paired with yellow diamond Nizami earrings.
