Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety fame actress, Nushrratt Bharuccha had won the hearts of the audiences by proving her mettle in acting. She has also worked in several films, later on, and garnered a massive fan base within concise period of time. However, while shooting for her upcoming project by director Luv Ranjan, there was a sudden turn of events.
In an unfortunate turn of events, Nushrratt Bharuccha was reportedly rushed to the Hinduja Hospital after suffering from vertigo. For the uninitiated, vertigo is a condition in which a person gets a feeling of dizziness and fear and of losing one's balance. After going through a thorough medical check-up, though the actress was not hospitalised, she has been advised to take proper medications at home and has to be under rest for a minimum of 15 days.

In a recent interaction with ETimes, the Dream Girl actress, Nushrratt Bharuccha confirmed the news portal that she has been diagnosed with vertigo. She also revealed that the pandemic had taken a toll on her both emotionally and physically, just like any other person. Nushrratt was also staying at a hotel close to the sets of Luv Ranjan’s next to save the time that gets wasted in travelling.
Talking to the portal, Nushrratt Bharuccha shared that after three weeks of shooting, her health had suddenly started deteriorating. Though she had thought earlier that it would get better in a day or two, it actually worsened. Stating the same, she said, "I thought I would be okay in a day or so but the next day was equally bad. I reported on the set but a few minutes later, it all went spiralling downward. I could not do anything."

Going further in her interview, Nushrratt Bharuccha recounted being taken to the Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai and her blood pressure falling like anything. She said, "They decided to rush me to Hinduja Hospital (Mumbai) and when I reached there, I was still worse. I needed a wheelchair to be taken upstairs. My blood pressure by then had dropped to 65/55."
Nushrratt also shared that her condition was so crucial that even her parents had to come to the hospital and revealed her doctor's. She told the publication, "By then, Mom and Dad had arrived at the hospital. The next 6-7 days were very bad. I did not get hospitalised; I am taking medicines at home. A full check-up has been done and I am okay. I have taken leave for about 7 days more from today. The doctor has advised 15 days of complete rest.”
