Nyra Banerjee Reacts To Being Kicked By Sara Arfeen, 'Apna Dayra Rakhein..'

Bigg Boss 18 fame, Sara Arfeen Khan along with her friends, Nyra Banerjee, Alice Kaushik and others on April 11, 2025, went and attended Ayesha Jhulka's food festival event. Sara had already touted controversy for her temperamental nature in the Bigg Boss house. Now, in the food event, it was seen that Sara kicked Nyra on the buttock in order to gain her attention for the photo session. Now, Nyra, who was shocked by Sara's action, reacted to the entire situation as Sara was brutally trolled for kicking Nyra.

The video where Sara kicked Nyra was not liked by the netizens. Nyra felt shocked, and weird and went to the extreme right side of Sara for the picture after being kicked. Nyra kept her calm, smiled and now in an interview with Instant Bollywood shared her reaction. She defended Sara and shared they tend to be playful with one another. In her words:

"Mujhe pata nahi tha aur main bas baatein kar rahi thi, par mujhe mehsoos hua ki kisi ne kuch toh kiya hai mere bum pe. Mere doston ki aadat hai maarne ki, toh mujhe laga Alica ya Sara ne maara hoga. Lekin main thodi si woh (shocked) ho gayi thi. Hum bohot gehre dost hain, uss chakkar mein kabhi-kabhi haath pair chooth jaate hain, aur hum bhool jaate hain ki hum public place mein hain. We are very good friends, but as public figures humko koshish karenge ki thoda apna daayra rakhein—poori duniya mein dikhane ki zarurat nahi hai. We’ll be a little more normal."

Nyra also said that the same thing had also happened with Sara and shared that it was nothing serious and that everything was fine. They would always be good friends and what Sara did was something she did out of a sporting way.

When Sara Arfeen Khan did not mention Nyra Banerjee as her close friend

Once, in an interview with the Times Of India, Sara shared that she effortlessly connects with people and influences them, making a lasting impact both professionally and personally. She has a lot of well wishers from the industry and friends from the industry. In her words:

"I have my friends who encourage my crazy side like Rohit Verma, Tannaz Irani, Kashmera Shah and Munisha Khatwani. I also have friends who I look up to and lead well-wishersan example for success Bhumi Pednekar, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger shroff and most of all my mentor, my guide my soulmate who keeps me grounded and teaches me values of contribution and always pushing me to success my husband Arfeen Khan."

Even when Nyra was kicked by Sara she did not lose her patience despite Sara and Alice relentlessly laughing at her in front of the paps present at the event. Social media users commented that Sara had no respect for her friend, Nyra and shared that the same thing should have been done to Sara so that she would get a taste of her own medicine.
