Pakistani actress, Syeda Madiha Imam, is one of the popular names in the country’s showbiz. The 32-year-old actress-video jockey has worked in several famous Pakistani television dramas and movies, such as Ishq Jalebi, Chauraha, Dil-E-Momin, Mera Rab Waris, Nazar Kay Samnay, and more. She has even starred opposite to acclaimed Indian actress, Manisha Koirala and Rohit Saraf in the 2017 film, Dear Maya.
Madiha Imam got married to an Indian man named Moji Basar earlier in 2023. The actress took to her official Instagram account to announce the special news to the world. Madiha’s husband, Moji, is a resident of the north-eastern Indian state, Arunachal Pradesh. In an interview with Geo TV, Madiha revealed that Moji was a work acquaintance, and then the duo became friends and later decided to get married. She denied the rumours that her husband is a producer and a filmmaker in India.

On November 26, 2023, Madiha Imam and Moji Basar got a beautiful reception in India. The latter’s family wholeheartedly prepared for a lavish wedding reception for the newlyweds. She looked absolutely ethereal in a gorgeous pink-hued traditional Arunachal Pradesh wear called ‘Gale’. She kept her glam pretty minimal and let natural beauty do all the talking. The groom, on the other hand, looked dapper in a black tuxedo. Moji’s family, close friends and a few notable government officials attended the reception.
One such name is that of the Minister of Earth Sciences and Member of Parliament from Arunachal Pradesh, Kiren Rijiju. The minister took to his official Instagram account and extended his warm wishes and best regards to the newlyweds. He captioned his post as:

Madiha Imam and Moji Basar came to India just a few days back to celebrate their wedding reception in Moji’s hometown in the Lepa Rada district of Arunachal Pradesh. While the couple received a warm welcome from Madiha’s in-laws, a video from the same left the netizens divided. On May 3, 2023, Syeda Madiha Imam announced via her Instagram account that she tied the knot with Moji Basar. The actress donned a simple yet chic red lehenga and kept her accessories to the bare minimum, and the groom wore a cream-coloured sherwani. She captioned her post as:
“Married 1-5-2023. Remember us in your prayers as we embark on this new chapter of our lives.”
Later on October 26, 2023, the newlyweds held their wedding reception in Dubai. For the event, Madiha wore a gorgeous and heavily embellished dress by HSY. She accessorised her look with a heavy golden and green-hued jewellery set. On the other hand, Moji chose to wear a black tuxedo with a white shirt underneath.
