Meet Usman Mukhtar, whose every co-actress gets married after working with him

Recently, Mawra Hocane got married, leaving Indians wondering whether she had worked with famous Pakistani actor, Usman Mukhtar. Well, for those who don't know, Usman has been officially declared the matchmaker in Pakistan's entertainment world. He has been declared as the source of good luck for Pakistani actresses as they soon get married after working with him. 

Usman had earlier worked with Naimal Khawar in 2019 on the show, Anaa. After this, Naimal Khawar married Hamza Abbasi in August 2019. Later, in 2021, Usman worked with Mahira Khan in the show, Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay. It was in 2023, when Mahira Khan tied the knot. 

Usman Mukhtar had worked with Kubra Khan as well, and she found her Mr. Right in Gohar Rasheed. They announced their wedding in 2025. Not only this, Mawra Hocane, who had worked with Usman Mukhtar in the 2020 show, Sabaat, also said Qubool Hai to Amir Gilani.

When Usman Mukhtar talked about him being a lucky charm for Pakistani actresses to get married

In an earlier interview with BBC Urdu, Usman addressed the co-incidents of his actresses getting married after signing a project with him. He confessed that he was also trying to figure out if it was true or not, as many people have told him this. He even shared that if Kubra got married, he would start to believe in the myth. He was quoted as saying:

"Even I am trying to figure out if it is true or not. A lot of people say the same which is funny. If Kubra gets married I will have to start believing in the myth because then it cannot be a coincidence for the fourth time."

Usman Mukhtar takes pride in being the match-maker of Pakistani actresses 

After Mawra Hocane announced her wedding, Usman took to his Instagram handle and shared a photo. Along with it, he penned a witty caption and wrote, why to bother about 'swipe right or swipe left' when he is making matches faster than on the internet. His note can be read as:

"Swipe left, swipe right, why bother? I’m out here making matches faster than the internet with just a look! Single handedly putting matchmaking websites out of business!!"

After this, fans flooded the comments section. One user wrote, "Sari single line me ajo, or usman mukhtar se dua karwao ke humari bhi shadi hojaye sab ki sab bolo ameen prayer ?" Another one commented, "Sir ik drama kar lain chota sa please?" A third user penned, "I got married after doing ur events."
