This is the season when the Pakistani textile industry blooms, which is why most of the garment photo shoots happen during this season. This time of the year is called the Lawn season in Pakistan, and the garment collection is subsequently labelled as Lawn collection. For this year’s Lawn collection, several Pakistani enterprises have hired Indian models to promote their brands. Indian celebs like Sonam Bajwa and Palak Tiwari have been featured on brands’ official websites promoting their garment pieces.
Pakistani suits are very popular across the globe, and Indian actresses, Sonam Bajwa and Palak Tiwari got the chance to wear them directly from the designer's shelves. The two models looked mesmerising and did complete justice to highlight the essence of the clothes. Sonam and Palak even attracted humongous footfall and attention to their respective brand collabs and were subsequently even targeted by trolls’ who were unimpressed by Indians being cast in Pakistani shoots.
