Pakistani singer and social media influencer, Iqra Kanwal has time and again shown us her love for Bollywood. She themed her entire haldi ceremony around the evergreen Bollywood movie, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and even clicked pictures in the sarson khet to elevate the theme by manifolds. The couple soon tied the knot in an intimate ceremony but are now releasing all their wedding festivities' pictures and videos.
One such wedding video caught our attention where Iqra Kanwal is seen dressed up as Mastani from the movie, Bajirao Mastani. A video is currently going viral on social media platforms where Iqra Kanwal is seen dressed in marron and copper-hued ensembles as she sang the melodious tunes of Deewani Mastani. The influencer not only beautifully sang the Bollywood melody but also did complete justice to the sarangi instrument (also known as the Piccolo Mandolin) that she was seen carrying in the video. Iqra simultaneously sang and played sarangi, mesmerising the audience with her musical prowess.
Iqra Kanwal took to her Instagram account and shared a series of pictures from her haldi ceremony on December 12, 2023. The singer and influencer looked drop-dead gorgeous in her yellow-hued gharara set. Her ensemble featured intricate embellishments and embellished golden work all over it. Iqra’s glam was kept festive with bold eyes and peach lips. She completed her look with shell accessories and paranda-tied hair. She added the DDLJ touch to her haldi ceremony as she posed in a sarson ka khet at the ceremony and even imitated the popular arm-stretched SRK pose.

Iqra and Areeb tied the knot in an exquisite pastel-themed nikah ceremony in the presence of their close friends and family. The couple opted for a beige and ivory-toned bridal set. Iqra donned a heavily embellished ivory blouse with an embellished white lehenga. The bride looked regal in soft glam while her husband, Areeb, was decked in a white sherwani. Areeb oomphs up her look with a mirror-embellished dupatta and gelled hair.
