Palak Tiwari is one of the most talked about star kids of her generation. She often hits the headlines for her impeccable style statement and unapologetic attitude. Moreover, the diva has been garnering a lot of attention for her debut film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. For the unversed, Palak is the daughter of popular television actress, Shweta Tiwari and her ex-husband, Raja Choudhary. The actress is extremely close to her mother and she often talks about her. Recently, she opened up about her equation with her dearest mommy.
In a conversation with Curly Tales, Palak Tiwari opened up about her mother, Shweta Tiwari. Talking about her, she revealed that though people think that Shweta is a cool mother, but in reality, she is a typical 'desi aunty'. The Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan actress mentioned that she has to beg her mother if she wants to buy anything from her own card. Stating that she has no rights even after being an adult, Palak said:
"People have this impression that my mom is really cool. She is cool indeed, she does let me do a lot of stuff. She is very understanding and with the times. But she is also a typical desi aunty. She is like, 'Kya hai, 20 rupay nahi hai mere paas, apne khud ke 20 rupaye leke aa'. You think I am an adult. I have no rights. All my cards, people think I am earning, living my best life. My mom gets all the OTP's till date and if I have to spend something from my own card, I have to call her and beg her to give me OTP."

Further, in the same conversation, Palak revealed that she is a teetotaller. She also mentioned that neither her nani nor her mother drinks alcohol. Elaborating more about it, Palak stated that she believes that people drink to become cool and socially acceptable. Palak also revealed that she likes buying stuff from abroad. However, she cannot do it whenever her mom, Shweta is around. Talking more about it, Palak stated that she lies to her mommy whenever she buys something expensive by saying she has bought stuff at massive discounts.
She further opened up about her brother, Reyansh and called him an 'evil'. She also revealed that her mother is biased toward her baby brother, and she backs him up all the time. Mentioning how she gets scolded whenever she complains about Reyansh to Shweta, Palak said:
"My brother is evil. He goes behind her mom and gives her a look. For things I used to get a chamaat, my mom calls him cute for that."

In an interview with the Bombay Times, Palak had opened up about her mother, Shweta's struggle days. Talking about the same, the actress revealed how growing up, she used to live with her mother in an one-bedroom house which was like a chawl. Palak also mentioned that her mother doesn't take anything for granted in her life as she has been through the toughest phase before gaining exponential growth.
