Shweta Tiwari is a single mother to her two kids, Palak Tiwari and Reyansh Kohli. Even at the age of 40, the gorgeousness never fails to swoon our hearts with her beauty and stunning looks. However, her personal life was no less than a rollercoaster ride of emotions, and Shweta had to suffer a lot. Now, she is living her best life with her kids and is leaving no stone unturned to provide the best life for them.
For the unversed, Reyansh is Shweta's son from her second marriage with ex-hubby, Abhinav Kohli, and the two have been playing the blame game since 2019. After months of arguments and allegations, Shweta and Abhinav had filed for the legal custody of Reyansh, and the court had given the orders in the favour of the actress. On the other hand, Abhinav was granted the right to meet Reyansh for two hours twice a week.
In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Palak Tiwari opened up about her mom, Shweta Tiwari being the sole bread-winner in the family and revealed that she also wants to be able to provide for her family and unburden her mother from the responsibility. Palak added that she would like to provide for her half-brother Reyansh’s education and her nana nani's medical bills and said:
“Ultimate aim is to provide for my family in a way that they never have to worry about anything. Because my mom has always been a sole earner, and I want to take that pressure off her back. I really want to be capable enough and earn enough so that I can provide for my brother and his education throughout his life. I can provide for my mom, my nana’s medical bills and my nani’s medical bills. I hope they never come about. Anything that my family needs, I want to be the person they can rely on.”
Further in the interview, Palak talked about her mom, Shweta being forced to leave Reyansh at home as she has work commitments to fulfil and revealed that she has to do this to provide for them. Palak added that if there was somebody in the family, who would have earned accordingly, then her mom would have stayed back home. In her words:
“I know my mother doesn’t like keeping Reyansh at home, even if it is for one night. They have a very sweet bond. If anyone else was earning accordingly in the family, she would have stayed home with him, and I want this for my brother as well. I know she leaves him and goes to work just so she can provide for us. And I know she takes on so much work.”
For the unversed, some months back, Shweta Tiwari’s ex-husband, Abhinav Kohli had accused that due to her busy schedule Shweta had left their son, Reyansh at a hotel while she had gone to South Africa to shoot for the show, Khatron Ke Khiladi. He had also accused her of keeping Reyansh away from him. Later, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shweta had said that Abhinav is not contributing a single penny to the growth of her kids and had added that she has to earn to provide for her kids.
