Television actress, Pankhuri Awasthy turned a year older today, and her husband, Gautam Rode has shared glimpses of their family trip to celebrate his wife's birthday. The actor shared a video from Pankhuri's cake cutting ceremony and some pictures from their trip. For the unversed, Gautam and Pankhuri had met each other on the sets of their famous show, Suryaputra Karn, and had gradually become friends. While working together, their friendship had turned into love, and despite having an age gap of 14 years, the two had decided to marry each other and had reinstated our faith in true love.

The couple had gotten married on February 5, 2018, and since then, they're simply giving us couple goals with their stunning pictures, romantic videos, and mushy PDAs through their respective social media handles. Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy are an epitome of a modern couple, and they never fail to cherish each other's presence in their lives. On March 31, 2021, Gautam Rode took to his Instagram stories and shared some cutesy family pictures and a lovely video of his wife, Pankhuri Awasthy. The family went on a trip to celebrate Pankhuri's birthday and Gautam shared glimpse of the small cake cutting ceremony in his IG stories. The gorgeous actress can be seen cutting a delicious cake with her family members. The doting husband wrote, "Happy Birthday Meri Jaan @Pankhuri313" atop it. After some hours, Gautam also shared two beautiful family pictures from their trip and it's the birthday girl, Pankhuri, who looked the most excited and lovely as ever. Gautam captioned the pictures with an array of red heart emoticons. His wife, Pankhuri also reshared the pictures on her IG handle and wrote, "And we've just started..… #famjam #birthday2021" in the caption.
Last year in an interview with IWMBuzz, Pankhuri Awasthy had answered some fun and personal questions about her and husband, Gautam Rode's marital journey so far. When Pankhuri was asked what is that one thing she would like to change in Gautam, the actress said, "The habit of repeating things!". Pankhuri had also revealed that the thing that had caught her attention and heart during her first meeting with Gautam was their conversation. When Pankhuri was asked who is more annoying between the two of them, the cutesy actress had said her hubby's name. The actress had amazingly revealed that she calls Gautam by nicknames like sweetie, baby, honey, and cutie. Pankhuri had also opened up about her first kiss with Gautam and had revealed that her husband had initiated the first kiss.
