Pankhuri looked stunning in a white-hued embroidered saree paired with stone-studded jewellery. Further in her note, the new mommy talked about the challenges of postpartum and penned:
"Postpartum.. it really takes a while to feel like yourself again... your older self seems like it was from a different reality.. one which feels unachievable now (although it is) … your postpartum body needs care and love, and the transition back to your usual weight or size is only gradual.. which does make you question a lot of things.. not to mention the persistent lack of energy and constant fatigue .. energy levels not anywhere close to your older standards."
In her note, Pankhuri Awasthy also revealed that she often worries if she is doing enough for her babies when she is not with them. She further added that she is taking baby steps at the moment and Gautam and her mother have been her support system in the process. Pankhuri added:

"And then the feeling that tops it all is whether I’m doing enough for the babies.. are they fed well.. what’s right what’s wrong.. can I leave them and go to work.. will I be able to do that.. will they be fine.. a lot of questions cloud your mind. Taking “baby” steps and getting there one day at a time! Not to mention, babies make everything Worth it and the support system that I have in Gautam and my mother, couldn’t have done it without them. Meanwhile, acting is my first love, and I couldn’t be happier to have been able to get back to it!"
