The paparazzi culture has grown exponentially in recent years and is expected to grow even more in the coming years. Manav Manglani is one such paparazzi who has been in the business for years and has a truckload of experience and anecdotes to share. The paparazzo recently appeared on Aleena Dissects' YouTube channel, where he talked about the mighty Khans and how they react to the shutterbugs following them.
Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan had a very public fallout on July 16, 2006, at Katrina Kaif's birthday party. Since then, the two stars have been at loggerheads and have not talked to each other. After a few years, the two stars reconciled, and it was that moment when every shutterbug wanted to capture their legendary reunion. Talking about his experience of the same, Manav Manglani said that he had to wait for over twelve hours to click the moment.

Manav shared that they knew Shah Rukh and Salman were reconciling, but they did not know when the moment would happen. So, all the shutterbugs were waiting, as for them, it was common. In the process, he had to wait for over 12 hours to capture the moment the two started hugging one another. Manav further added:
“When you have to do a breaking story, you have to wait. You don’t know when that celebrity will make a move. We’ve waited up to 12 hours on occasions. We once waited 12 hours for a Shah Rukh-Salman photo. It was the first time they were spotted together in a decade. He went in at around 10 pm, and we waited till around 6 am. They came out and Salman was like, ‘The media’s here, let’s pose for a picture’. That was important also, because they hadn’t been seen together since they fought at Olive. That was a big breaking story, it went viral across the globe.”
In the same interview, Manav revealed that Shah Rukh Khan prefers not to pose for the paparazzi if he is not in the correct frame of mind. SRK occasionally poses if he is not in Mumbai but otherwise skips the entire posing session. Manav added that SRK doesn't mind getting clicked if he is ready, but if he is flying through his private jet, he is never ready. In Manav's words:
“If he’s not in the right frame of mind, he doesn’t pose for a photo. Especially in Mumbai, he doesn’t pose. He occasionally poses when he’s not in Mumbai. He doesn’t seem to mind being photographed at the airport, especially if he’s ready. He doesn’t pose, but we get him walking, and that’s enough. He’s never ready whenever he’s flying from the private airport.”
Manav shared that after Aryan Khan's arrest, Shah Rukh Khan started to avoid the media. SRK started the umbrella trend after the case, wherein he hid his face with an umbrella to forbid the paps from clicking him.
