'Param Sundari' Teaser: Sidharth-Janhvi's New 'Jodi' Promises To Revive Bollywood's Rom-Com Magic

Bollywood fans have been long waiting to watch the classic charm of its romantic-comedy films on the big screen, and it seems like the upcoming movie, Param Sundari will end the wait. The excitement about the film has been high ever since Maddock Production announced the film starring a fresh pairing of Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor on-screen. Now, fans got a pleasant surprise after the makers of the film, released its teaser with the newly released film, Bhool Chuk Maaf, in theatres. A small glimpse of the upcoming film has got the internet talking about it, and even before the makers could release it online, netizens have made it viral. Param Sundari teaser: Sidharth Malhotra's chiselled six-pack-abs stole the show 

Param Sundari's teaser begins with a glimpse of Sidharth Malhotra, who plays 'Param' flexing his ripped and chiselled abs, followed by his dramatic entry in formals. On the other hand, Janhvi mesmerises as 'Sundari' in her first appearance, where her eyes shine while she hides behind a fan dressed in a south-Indian attire. Next, it gives a fast-forwarded glimpse of the duo's romance amid the scenic backdrop of Kerala with houseboats and backwaters. It also gives a hint of some kind of family drama, heartbreak and more. At the same time, a soothing, melodious track in the voice of Sonu Nigam has set the expectations high for the film. 

The teaser promises to deliver a feel-good movie will visually stunning backdrops to capture the old essence of classic Bollywood romance. It is a mix of drama, emotionally stirring scenes, and cultural depth with the north-south narrative. Moreover, the chemistry of Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor's fresh praising is another reason why fans must look forward to the film. Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films have produced Param Sundari in collaboration with director, Tushar Jalota. Apart from Sidharth and Janhvi, it also stars Rajeev Khandelwal and Aakash Dahiya in key roles.

The teaser of Param Sundari got leaked on the internet by netizens who couldn't stop but share their review over it. One netizen who was impressed by Sidharth and Janhvi in the teaser penned, "Grand comeback of Rom Com Genre, Param Sundari Teaser is just so beautiful. Sid and Janhvi look so pretty together. Sachin Jigar cooked." 

Another user who enjoyed the background score and melodious song in Sonu Nigam's voice commented, "Param Sundari teaser is stunning. The song in the promo sounds like a chart-topping hit in the making. This one's got winner written all over it." One fan who had a different review wrote, "Flat teaser, no excitement because no reveals. Sidharth Malhotra looks good, but the theme looks repetitive. Janhvi Kapoor in the South-driven character doesn't look convincing. But I will rather wait to comment on that."
