Paris Jackson Reveals D**g Use Ruined Her Life, Wants To Thread Spaghetti Noodles Through Her Nose?

Using dr**gs might not be in the best interest of anybody, yet this has not stopped Hollywood from glamorising it, be it through different songs or movies. However, one celebrity has had enough with it. It is none other than 27-year-old Paris Jackson, actress, singer, model, and daughter of Michael Jackson. In a TikTok posted on her social media platform, Jackson issued a serious warning against dr**g use.

Paris Jackson recalls her dr**g abuse and how it ruined her life

Paris Jackson opened up about her past dr**g use on Monday, November 10, 2025. The TikTok clip comes a month after the actress opened up about her sobriety at the 35th annual Friendly House Awards Luncheon in Los Angeles. On October 11, 2025, she shared:

"I say it's funny, I feel like getting sober was kind of like getting into a car accident because everything I shoved in the back seat moved forward on impact, and today I'm learning to navigate life on life's terms”.

Paris JacksonIn the TikTok clip, Paris Jackson focused the light of her smartphone on her nose to show her viewers that she has a perforated septum. For those unaware of what a perforated septum is, it refers to a hole in the nasal septum, the wall of a bone and cartilage that separates the two nasal passages. The actress added that she has a really loud whistle when she tries to breathe through her nose, a result of her extensive dr**g use in the past. This might not have been very easy to open up about because it's actually the very first time that Jackson has addressed this topic. Pointing down her phone’s camera, she stated:

“That is from what you think it's from. Don’t do dr**gs, kids.”

Paris JacksonTurning serious, Paris Jackson said that she doesn't recommend taking dr**gs to anybody because they ruined her life. While a plastic surgery could have been the answer to her problems when it came to fixing her nose, Jackson claims that she didn't want to go for it because a plastic surgery requires you to take pills that, in her opinion, are very gnarly. Also, she did not want to go back to taking pills because at that point, she had already been sober for six years.

Making light of her situation, Paris Jackson joked about threading a spaghetti noodle through the hole in her septum. As of today, Jackson clarified that it has already been half a decade since she started living with her nose condition. Additionally, she claimed that it was a ‘bi**h’ that made things hard for her when she was working in the studio.

During her speech at the Friendly House Awards Luncheon in Los Angeles, Paris Jackson made it clear that she didn't just get her life back, but she also got a better one after becoming completely sober. During the event, Jackson was awarded the Shining Star Award for her work with the organisation. Friendly House specialises in offering rehabilitation programs to women healing from trauma, dr**g abuse, and other forms of support. The singer further stated in her speech that she is grateful to be a part of this organisation. She was quoted as saying:

“Getting someone to develop conscious contact has easily been the greatest action I've ever taken, and I pray that I can continue to help others.”
