On May 24, 2022, Pawan Kalyan’s ex-wife, Renu Desai dropped a post on her Instagram handle from their son, Akira Nanda's graduation ceremony. In the memorable family picture, we can see Akira’s doting mother and sister twinning with him in black. However, Pawan looked handsome as usual in his white kurta-pyjama. It was a special moment for Pawan and his ex-wife, Renu, to see their teenage boy turning into a full-grown youngster, who is now all set for the next big phase of his life. Along with this priceless frame, Renu penned a note in the caption, in which she congratulated her son for achieving this feat. Her note can be read as:
"An era ends and an era begins. Proud parents of an amazing boy on his graduation day.No more getting ready for school early morning, no more worrying about the bus timing, no more rushing to get the lunch packed on time, no more tutions, no more PTM, no more school…I have told Akira that his true journey begins now and I hope he finds his own spot in the sunlight without needing the light of his parents. My little baby grew up really fast."
For the unversed, Pawan Kalyan and his ex-wife, Renu Desai had reportedly become parents of a baby boy, Akira Nanda even when the two weren't married. It was in 2004, when Pawan and Renu had announced that they had embraced parenthood, and it had shocked the entire film industry because the actor hadn't got divorced from his first wife, Nandini. However, in 2008 after a long legal battle in the court, Pawan and Nandini had got divorced. After which, on January 28, 2009, Pawan had got married to his then-ladylove, Renu. After some years of their happy married life, the couple had welcomed another child, a lovely daughter into their lives.

After some happy and joyful years of their married life, things had started to go sour between Pawan Kalyan and his then-wife, Renu Desai. According to multiple reports, Pawan’s brother, Nagendra Babu was in a huge financial crisis, and Renu wasn't reportedly in favour of her then-husband's decision to help him with large amounts of money. After a series of fights and arguments between the ex-married couple, Pawan and Renu had filed for a divorce. It was in 2012, when the two had parted ways with each other legally after the court had granted them divorce. After their divorce, Pawan had got married for the third time to a Russian model, Anna Lezhneva, on September 30, 2013. Together, they had welcomed a baby boy after some years of their intimate wedding.
On the professional front, Pawan Kalyan is all set to be seen next in Krish Jagarlamudi's film, Hari Hara Veera Mallu.
