Armaan Malik is one of the richest YouTubers in India. He rose to fame with his daily vlogging, and his two wives, Payal Malik and Kritika Malik, have contributed greatly to his success. The trio is currently part of the third season of Bigg Boss OTT. While people love the drama this trio has brought on the show, many are criticising Armaan for promoting polygamy and claiming that every man wants to have two wives. On top of it, Kritika has been openly sharing how she fell in love with the man of her best friend.
Talking about Armaan's first wife, Payal, has been through a lot. After all, it is never easy to see the love of your life marry someone else in front of your eyes. The thought of sharing your husband gives goosebumps. However, Payal not only accepted Kritika into her husband's life but was also present at their wedding. Recently, we stumbled upon a video of Kritika and Armaan's engagement, in which his first wife, Payal, was also present.

In a clip from Armaan and Kritika's engagement, we can see Payal posing with them. While she did her best to participate, the pain in her eyes was clearly visible. In another photo, which seemed to be from Kritika's sangeet, Payal was seen holding her son, Chirayu.

On Bigg Boss OTT 3, Payal almost broke down, recalling why she accepted Kritika and Armaan's relationship. Payal stated that she agreed as she had a son with Armaan, and she had not been to her parent's home for the past year eight years at that time. She further stated that she loved Armaan and did whatever she could for him. Payal was quoted as saying:
"Karti rahi karti rahi, kyunki Cheeku bhi tha na saath mein. Ghar chor kar mai aayi thi, 8 saal ho gaye the main apne ghar nai gayi thi. Mere se jo kuch tha, inse bahut pyaar karti thi. Inke bina nahi rahe sakti thi. Wahi sab soch kar mai karti rahi, karti rahi."
During the grand premiere of the show Bigg Boss OTT 3, one could clearly see the pain in Payal's eyes. In the clip that went viral on the internet, Armaan revealed that he sent his wedding picture with Kritika to Payal on her WhatsApp. Later, when Anil Kapoor asked Payal Malik about what she had gone through, Payal first time shared her side of the story. She stated that she wasn't able to believe that Armaan could marry someone else, and she thought he was joking. When she saw the photographs and wedding certificate, she broke down as she had no one from her family with her. Payal added that her child was very small at that time, and she had no one but Armaan.
