Popular actress, Payal Rohatgi is one of the contestants on the reality show, Lock Upp, which is hosted by Bollywood actress, Kangana Ranaut. Payal has proved herself in the show and has been giving tough competition to the other inmates. Be it her ugly spats with the other contestants or revelation of her dark secrets, Payal has ensured to make her presence felt on the show.
For the unversed, Payal had got engaged to Arjuna-Award winning wrestler, Sangram Singh in 2011, but the two have not tied the knot yet. In the latest episode of Lock Upp, the actress bared her heart out and made a shocking revelation about her personal life. Payal revealed that she can’t have kids, and thus, she has been telling her fiance, Sangram to get married to somebody else.

Payal Rohatgi has been hitting the headlines for her revelations on the most controversial show, Lock Upp. Once again, the actress has opened up about her personal life and revealed that she is infertile and can't get pregnant. Payal also shared that she and her boyfriend, Sangram have been trying to have a baby for 4-5 years and added that she had even tried IVF but it did not work for her. While talking to the camera, Payal could be heard saying:
“I can't have kids. Maine socha hum shaadi tab karege, when I can get pregnant. So, I have to be fit mentally and physically, concentrate on acting and go on with life. It's okay to not get pregnant. 4-5 saal se hum log try kar rahe hai, nhi ho raha. So now, Sangram has to figure it and I think he has figured it out that I can't get pregnant. Maine IVF kiya but it was not successful.”
It's disheartening for a woman to not be able to conceive and give birth to babies. However, it's sadder for a couple to not be able to enjoy parenthood after getting married. Payal is also going through a similar phase as she revealed that she even tells her boyfriend, Sangram to get married to someone else who can give birth to his kids. In her words:
“Isliye main kehti hu Sangram ko kisi aur se shaadi karle- jo bache paida kar sake. Kabhi kabaar main aisa bolti hu.”

In the next segment of the clip, an emotional Payal also advised the women, who are in the age group of 20, to freeze their eggs so that they can conceive later. Requesting all the women out there to not suffer like her, the actress said:
“To all the women out there. If you are in your 20s, please freeze your eggs. When you freeze your eggs, you can conceive a baby in 30s and mid-30s.”
