Daughter of veteran actor, Kabir Bedi and late Protima Bedi, an Indian model-turned-Odissi exponent, Pooja Bedi is known for her bold and carefree persona and more than her professional fronts, she has been grabbing the headlines for her personal life. Be it her controversial first-of-its-kind condom ad which got prohibited from airing on Doordarshan or proudly flaunting her 'sexy' image, Pooja has always managed to grab the headlines.

From her failed relationships to finding love finally in her late-40s, Pooja Bedi never kept her personal life under wraps and is quite open about her relationships. After having an extra-marital affair with Aditya Pancholi, a mutual divorce with Farhan Furniturewalla, a 'beautiful' failed relationship with Hanif Hilal, a fairy tale romance with Dwiti Vikramaditya that turned traumatic and an amicable break-up with Akashdeep Saigal, Pooja found love in Maneck Contractor, who is an alumnus of her school, The Lawrence School, Sanawar.
We know him as Ansh Mihir Virani and Eklavya Ansh Virani from the serial, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Akashdeep Saigal alias 'Sky' had fallen in love with Pooja Bedi in Bigg Boss 5. Just like several Bigg Boss relationships are short-lived, Pooja and Akashdeep too, dated for three years and then amicably parted ways in 2013. To make their relationship official back then, Akashdeep had flaunted a tattoo with Pooja's name on his bicep. In 2017, Pooja had posted a picture with her ex, Akashdeep and stated that after years of break-up, they can still laugh about the tattoo on his bicep. Pooja had written, "When an ex reminds u how he tattooed your name on his bicep. And we can laugh about it..."

In a throwback interview with The Times Of India, Pooja Bedi had spoken about why her failed marriage and past relationships don't make her cynical about marriage. She was quoted as saying, "Experiences in life are supposed to make you better, not bitter. If one marriage doesn't work out, it's not necessary that the second one won't. My dad (Kabir Bedi) has been married four times. He has married some wonderful women, we have had wonderful step-moms and his relationships and marriages have taken him from strength to strength."
Pooja Bedi had embraced motherhood in her marriage with Farhan Furniturewalla when the couple was blessed with a daughter, Alaya Furniturewalla and a son, Omar Furniturewalla. Revealing her kids are fond of her 'wonderful' exes, Pooja had said, "They are still fond of the wonderful men I brought in their life, they are fond of all my exes. But they don’t want me to mess this up. They are extremely fond of Maneck. They even tell me: 'Mummy, look at Daddy (Farhan Furniturewalla), he has married Laila aunty (Laila Khan, Feroz Khan's daughter) and had a child'."
To announce her relationship with Maneck Contractor, Pooja Bedi had posted a 'just engaged' picture with him, after she accepted his proposal. Pooja had tweeted, "He has literally swept me off my feet... i accepted Maneck Contractor’s proposal whilst sailing in a hot air balloon. Wish all of you a lifetime of happiness & to always dream of a rainbow at the end of a storm."
