The South Indian actress, Pooja Hegde is getting a lot of love from the Hindi-speaking audience, and it seems like she has joined the long list of actresses from the South, who went on to create a space for themselves in Bollywood. She has already worked in films like Mohenjo Daro, Housefull 4, Cirkus and the much-awaited film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Pooja has garnered immense love from her fans during the promotions of her upcoming film, as her looks and outfits often make it to the headlines.
In her upcoming film, Pooja Hegde will be seen romancing Bollywood superstar, Salman Khan. The duo is looking great together, and their cutesy chemistry in the film’s trailer has already excited their massive fanbase.

In an interview with Zoom TV, Pooja Hegde opened up about her experience of working with Salman Khan in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The actress admitted that it was a memorable experience for her as she lauded Salman for how he cares for people working on his set. When the actress was asked about Salman being protective of female co-stars and staff working on his set, Pooja revealed that it is true and admitted how she is also quite similar to him. She said:
"He has been great that way with me. Even I as a person am very protective about my own people."
Further, in the same interview, Pooja Hegde also talked about Salman Khan’s quality which is quite rare in today’s time. Opening up about the same, Pooja revealed that Salman never hides what is in his mind and always speaks everything out to everyone. The actress admitted that it was quite refreshing to see such a thing in today’s time when people never share their true thoughts in public. She also added that Salman is unfiltered in his opinions and always says what is going on in his mind. She stated:
"He (Salman) is who he is and he says what’s on his mind and that’s very refreshing for me. A lot of people think it but they don’t say it whereas Salman says what’s on his mind, which is very clear and that sometimes takes you aback because you are not used to people telling their mind."

For some time, reports were rife in the media that Pooja Hegde and Salman Khan had reportedly fallen in love with each other during the shooting of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. While Salman never entertained such rumours, it was Pooja, who came forward and bashed the reports suggesting that they were dating. In an interview with ETimes, Pooja shared how she is ‘single’ at the moment and also added that she is extremely focused on her career. It was indeed a sad moment for all the people, who were manifesting Pooja and Salman’s relationship.
Pooja Hegde and Salman Khan’s much-awaited film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, will hit theatres on April 21, 2023.
