Prajakta Koli On First Meeting And Marriage Plans With Vrishank Khanal, 'I Got Engaged, So...'

Prajakta Koli is among the leading female content creators in the country, with more than 8 million followers on Instagram. Coming from a simple middle-class background, her journey to fame has not been easy. She worked hard for years, and among other supporters, her fiancee, Vrishank Khanal, has always been by her side through thick and thin. Prajakta's fans know him well, and since their engagement in 2023, everyone has been curious about her wedding. In a recent interview, Prajakta opened up about the same and recalled how she first met and came in contact with the love of her life.

Prajakta Koli was recently seen on her popular web show, Mismatched 3, and fans have been constantly discussing it. Amid the success, she recently sat down for an interview with Pinkvilla and opened up about her engagement and marriage plans. The Jugjugg Jeeyo actress revealed that she didn't knew that her longtime beau, Vrishank, would propose to her in 2023. Recalling her surprise, Prajakta said: 

"Vrishank got the ring. I never asked him where he got it from. But I love it. It's in the car, but I like it."

Prajakta added that in the initial days of her relationship with Vrishank, she didn't feel their relationship would go a long way. They are different from each other and have contrasting personalities. However, time held the answers as they had planned a future together. When Prajakta was asked if there was a wedding soon on the cards, the content creator didn't confirm or deny it. Instead, she gave a vague reply and said: 

"I got engaged, so obviously it is happening."

Prajakta Koli recalled her first meeting with Vrishank during the same conversation. She revealed that they met through a mutual friend during Ganpati Puja amid their college days. She couldn't see him, but he had seen her and was interested in talking. Since the Blackberry Messenger was quite common during those days, they communicated through it. Recalling the time, she said: 

"He approached a friend and asked him for my pin, and that's how we started talking. I hadn't even seen him when we went to the common friend's place for Ganpati puja. Then he asked me out."

Prajakta Koli and Vrishank Khanal’s love story 

Prajakta Koli met Vrishank Khanal when she was 18. They met through a common friend, and soon, love blossomed. Initially, her father was hesitant about her relationship with Vrishank, but they soon got around to it. When Vrishank became busy as a lawyer, and Prajakta was managing a hectic career as a content creator, it posed a challenge for them. Still, the couple communicated and got over it. They have been together for more than 12 years now, and he has a good bond with her parents, and they all go on trips as well. The couple announced their engagement in 2023.
