Parvin Dabas and Preeti Jhangiani are one of the much-loved couples in the entertainment industry. The duo met at Daboo Ratani's wedding for the first time back in 2004, and in 2008, they got married. The couple has two sons. Recently, Preeti and Parvin faced a tough time, as the actor met with a tragic accident while driving a car. While he is a bit stable now, Preeti sat for an interview and talked about her wedding, conceiving her first child, and how it impacted her professional life.
In an interview with Zoom, Preeti Jhangiani shared that she never gave much thought, and did whatever she felt to be right. The actress mentioned that even when she got married to Parvin Dabas, then also she thought him to be the right person for her. Preeti also stated that while getting married, she didn't think that it would impact her career. Talking about her wedding, Preeti said:

"I never thought so much about things, I always did what felt right. Even when I got married, it was like I found the right person, and I just did it I never thought how it would impact my career and what it might do, I just did it."
In the same interview, Preeti Jhangiani shared that marriage does impact one's career, but for her, at the beginning, it was not much of an issue, and she worked continuously. The actress added that the problem began after she conceived her first child. In Preeti's words:
"Marriage does impact your career, but for me it was a little different in the beginning as I got married and immediately left for my US tour with Udit and Aditya Narayan. I was continuously working after my marriage also but everything just stopped after I got pregnant with my first child."
Preeti Jhangiani mentioned that things had slowed down a bit. She also added that not personally things had gone bad, as she and her husband, founded their company, Swen Entertainment, soon after their wedding, as they wanted to make movies. Preeti can be quoted as saying:
"Things slowed down a bit after that but not personally as we had started our own company by then. Parvin and I started our company Swen Entertainment right after we got married as we wanted to make films, that was our ultimate aim."
For the unversed, it was on September 21, 2024, when Parvin Dabas faced a tragic accident. He was rushed to Holy Family Hospital and suffered a concussion. Talking about his health, Preeti, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, revealed that her husband hasn't been able to talk much, but his CT scan and MRI reports were clear. Preeti shared that Parvin will stay in the hospital for another week, and several tests will be done eventually. Preeti also added how it's been hard for the family to watch Parvin bedridden. When asked if he was driving while he was drunk, Preeti replied with a 'no' and added that her husband is strictly against violating rules.

In an interview with The New Indian Express, Parvin Dabas shared that he and Preeti met at Daboo Ratani's wedding for the first time. The actor further mentioned how Preeti waved at him from a distance, and he didn't think that the wave could be meant for him. Well, much later, he realised that the wave was for him, and when he turned back, Preeti was gone. But later they met at one of their films' sets, and during the promotions of the same, they started dating.
