Preity Zinta is holidaying with her kids, Jai and Gia, in the mountains, along with her hubby, Gene Goodenough. While the beauty of hills can leave anyone mesmerised, Preity Zinta's holiday turned perfect as her one-year-old babies, Jai and Gia, called her 'mama' for the first time. Well, Preity Zinta had waited for so long to feel the joy of being a mom, and now, she is living every moment of it with pride.
On May 10, 2023, Preity took to her Instagram handle and posted a cutesy video of her son, Jai. In the video, Jai was running in a garden filled with pretty flowers and against abreathtaking view of the mountains. Preity's son looked super handsome in a matching coordinate set. On the other hand, the doting mommy was running after him and calling him, while he was busy in his world.

Preity also penned a heartfelt note and revealed this is what heaven looks like to her. She added that she has been spending an amazing time with her family in the mountains with clean air and digital detox. However, the best part about the vacation was her kids calling her mama for the first time. She wrote:
"My kind of heaven. The last couple of days have been amazing. Mountains, family, clean air & a digital detox. No better sound than hearing …. mama … mama for the first time from the kiddos. This really is heaven."
Babies are the cutest, and they look even more adorable when they decide to help their mamas. A while ago, Preity Zinta shared a cutesy video of her son, Jai giving her a helping hand by mopping the floor. The baby looked magical as he mopped the floor with a duster. Alongside it, Preity had written:
"Happiness is seeing your little one super interested in cleaning & giving mama a helping hand. Here is little Jai practising his Swachh Bharat moves."

On Mother's Day, Preity posted the first-ever picture of her twins. In the photo, Preity held her baby girl, Gia while her mother held her son, Jai. Her daughter wore a beautiful pink-coloured floral tutu dress with a matching headband. On the other hand, her son, Jai, looked dapper in a checkered-print shirt.
Alongside it, Preity penned a heartfelt note for her mother. She said she wasn't apprehensive about her mother's worries and care. But now, Preity understands all her mother's concerns. She prayed that her kids understood her better and become sensitive towards her. She wrote:
"I never understood why my mother called me so much, worried about me constantly & wanted to know my whereabouts, as I galavanted around the world as a teenager & an adult, till I became a mother. Now I’m beginning to understand it. From thinking of myself first, to learning to put my kids first, I’m beginning to understand what motherhood is all about. It’s beautiful, empowering & a bit scary. I hope my children are more sensitive & appreciative of me than I was towards my mother. Irrespective, I will learn to love my kids more & expect less like all mothers & do everything I can, so they grow up to be the best versions of themselves. Happy Mother’s day to all the mothers out there - today, tomorrow & everyday."
