Priyanka Chopra and her mother, Madhu Chopra are in seventh heaven as they are going to welcome another Chopra member, as Sidharth Chopra is ready to get married. Siddharth, who runs his own brainchild of Chopra farms, got rokafied with Neelam Upadhyaya in an intimate ceremony. The news about the celebrations was kept away from the media, and it was attended by cousin, Mannara Chopra. Recently, we stumbled upon unseen glimpses of Siddharth's roka.
For those who don't know, in Punjabis, the first pre-wedding ceremony is roka or thaka, wherein the bride and groom's family give sagan to the couple and confirm their marriage. It is an important ritual, but people often confuse it with an engagement. After announcing the news about roka, Priyanka's brother shared unseen photos from the ceremony. In one of the photos, we can see the soon-to-be mami, Neelam, showering love on Malti while she looks at her in awe. We also loved Malti's red lehenga and how she was twinning with her mummy, Priyanka.

In another photo, Siddharth was seen posing with his fiancee, Neelam and their parents. Not only this, Priyanka Chopra's cousin, Mannara Chopra, who rose to fame with Bigg Boss 17, also attended the celebrations. She was decked up in a pretty pastel green-toned ethnicwear. However, Parineeti Chopra, who once shared a close bond with Priyanka Chopra, was missing from the roka bash.
Priyanka took to her Instagram stories and posted an unseen photo from her brother, Siddharth Chopra's roka ceremony. For the ceremony, Priyanka donned a red-hued bandhani saree with a sleeveless blouse. She styled it with a dainty diamond neckpiece. Subtle makeup, bright red lipstick and a bindi completed her look. On the other hand, Nick Jonas looked handsome in an asymmetrical cream-hued kurta.

In the photo, Priyanka and Nick were posing with the couple of the hour, Siddharth and Neelam. We can also see gorgeous yellow marigold flower decor behind them. Atop the photo, Priyanka wrote, "They did it. Happy Roka." Priyanka also re-shared Siddharth and Neelam's roka announcement post and congratulated them.
On April 2, 2024, Neelam took to her Instagram handle and posted the first pictures from her roka ceremony with Siddharth. In the photos, we can see Siddharth and Neelam decked up in their traditional outfits. While Siddharth wore a floral kurta with a matching sleeveless jacket, his bride-to-be was dressed in a sequinned purple-toned suit. She opted for soft dewy makeup with pin-straight hair.
