Radhika Merchant Owns A Unique Saree-Gown Printed With Husband, Anant's Handwritten Love Letter

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant united forever in love and holy matrimony on July 12, 2024. Their wedding was one of the most talked-about and grand events not only in India but also for the whole world. Each and every look of the bride and groom was thoughtfully curated to show their personal sense of style and highlight their love. Especially, Radhika's unique saree-gown that she wore for their pre-wedding cruise celebration showcases a very sweet moment of their relationship. Anant had written a love letter to Radhika during their relationship, which she not only deeply cherished but also got printed on her gown to someday pass down to their children.

Before the world got to witness the mesmerising Anant-Radhika wedding, people were first enchanted by the pre-wedding four-day celebratory cruise hosted by the families of the bride and groom. As the journey began from Palermo, Sicily, the first event of the cruise had a theme of a starry night with a formal dress code. All the guests served gorgeous looks, but the one person who made everyone's head turn was the then-bride-to-be, Radhika Merchant. 

Radhika wore a custom Robert Wun gown, which had a black bodice with intricate beading. However, the highlight of the look was the gown's skirt, which was white-toned and had words written on it. Radhika revealed the significance of the gown, saying that it was printed with Anant's love letter to her. The couple had met during their college years and had felt a connection during a long drive with friends. As their friendship had turned into love, Anant had written a long letter for her 22nd birthday to tell Radhika what she meant to him. Talking about the sentimental significance of the gown, the bride-to-be had said:

"He wrote me this long letter for my birthday about what I mean to him. I wanted it for posterity—I want to be able to show it to my kids and grandkids, and say that 'this is what our love was.'"
