Late politician, Pramod Mahajan's son, Rahul Mahajan was first married to Shweta Singh, whom he had known for 13 years. The couple had parted ways in 2008. In 2010, Rahul had exchanged wedding vows with actress, Dimpy Ganguly on national television after hosting a swayamvar. In 2014, Dimpy had filed a case against him for physical abuse.
After Dimpy and Rahul's divorce, he had tied the knot for the third time with a Kazakhstan model, Natalya Ilina, in 2018. Rahul and Natalya are living a happy life, and in one of the episodes of the reality show, Smart Jodi, where the two had participated, Rahul had said that if he had to marry for the fourth time, then that would also be with Natalya.

On May 4, 2022, Rahul Mahajan hosted a grand birthday party for Natalya and it was attended by some of his close friends from the glamour world. Celebrities like, Bhagyashree - Himalay Dasani, Monalisa – Vikrant, Ankita Lokhande – Vicky Jain and a few other celebrities graced the occasion. Dressed in a black sequined gown, Natalya looked beautiful as she fed a big piece of cake to her doting hubby, Rahul, who was dressed in a white shirt, black pants and coat and a bow tie.
In an interview with Bombay Times, Rahul had talked about his experience with his previous two partners, Shweta Singh and Dimpy Ganguly. Talking about the same, Rahul had said:
“My previous two marriages happened in a hurry. There was no time to think and though both Shweta and Dimpy are wonderful individuals, we were not compatible. Over the last few years, I realized that I don’t want to be in a relationship for the sake of it. I don’t want to be with someone where there is no way forward. With Natalya, I discovered true companionship and also, there’s no room for long arguments or differences between us.”

During one of the segments of the show, Smart Jodi, Natalya had talked about her love story with Rahul and had revealed that she had tried to set him up with her mother. Talking about the same, Rahul had said:
"Her mother is quite young. She is elder to me by four years. So Natalya thought of setting me up with her mom, because the age gap was less. Natalya and I have an age gap of 18 years. I made an idea that she will also look hot when she is of her mother’s age."
