Aishwarya Rajinikanth is a popular director in the South Indian film industry. She made her directorial debut in 2012 with the film, 3. Since then, she has never looked back and given one after the other power pack films. However, unlike her professional life, Aishwaya's personal front also made the headlines quite a number of times. For the unversed, Rajinikanth's daughter tied the knot with actor, Dhanush in 2004. Afterwards, the couple was blessed with two kids, Yatra and Linga. But Aishwaryaa and Dhanush got separated after 18 years of marriage in January 2022. Now, rumours claim that the ace director is all set to get married once again.
As per the gossipmongers, Aishwarya is all set to tie the knot soon. The rumours began to fill social media since Rajinikanth's daughter was spotted with an actor. Reportedly, they were privately meeting each other for some reasons best known to them, in a resort in Chennai. As soon as Aishwarya was seen with the actor, in the resort, the news of their linkup started spreading like forest fire.

Even though the news of Aishwarya's second marriage flew like a forest fire, a few sources close to Rajinikanth's family dismissed them. In an interview with India Today, the sources claimed that Aishwarya Rajinikanth is not getting married again. In the source's words:
"These stories are all false. There is no truth to them. She is not getting married a second time as is being reported."
On January 18, 2023, Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth took to her IG handle and shared a series of pictures from her Pongal celebration with her family. From cooking in the kitchen, placing some sweets on a banana leaf, feeding leaves to cows to seek blessings with her sons, Yatra and Linga from her parents, Rajinikanth and Latha, Aishwarya seemed to have enjoyed the Pongal to its fullest. And as soon as the pictures were shared, her massive fanbase started pouring love on her. However, some netizens were unhappy with the pictures from Aishwaryaa's Pongal celebration as they missed her estranged husband, Dhanush, at the festivities. Aishwaryaa and Dhanush got separated after 18 years of marriage in January 2022. Ever since the couple announced their split, fans have been curious about what went wrong in their relationship, and they want them to reconcile. While fans hoped that the estranged couple might give their marriage a second chance soon, the ever-increasing distance between them left their fans heartbroken. And finally, in January-February 2023, their divorce was finalised.
On the work front, Aishwarya is busy with her directorial, Lal Salaam, starring her father, Rajinikanth, in the lead role. On the other hand, Dhanush will be seen in his upcoming films, including Vaathi, Captain Miller, Sir and Tere Ishq.
