Veteran investor, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala passed away in a shocking turn of events. The billionaire took his last breath at the age of just 62. Since the news came out of his untimely demise, the entire nation is mourning the loss of the legendary investor, who had left behind an indelible contribution to the financial world.
Just a few minutes ago, Prime Minister, Narendra Modi also expressed his condolence. He took to his Twitter handle and remembered the contribution of the veteran investor, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. Sharing a picture of himself with Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Narendra Modi shared he was witty and insightful. His tweet can be read as:

On August 14, 2022, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala took his last breath. According to sources, he was brought to Breach Candy Hospital at 6:45 a.m. in the morning. After which, he was declared dead. The reports also shared that Rakesh was suffering from multiple health issues, including kidney ailments. He was discharged from the hospital a few weeks ago.
For the unversed, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was a trader and a chartered accountant. He was also one of the richest meant in the country. He was also the chairman of Hungama Media and Aptech. He was a director of Viceroy Hotels, Concord Biotech, Provogue India and Geojit Financial Services. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was also an inspiration for many on how to create wealth.
