And now, it seems that Abhishek has moved on. The reason we are saying so is that he will be settling down with his long-time girlfriend, Ankita Goswami. It’s been more than two years that Abhishek and Ankita are dating each other. And the good news is that the lovebirds will be taking the wedding vows in 2018 itself.
Just recently, Abhishek’s fiancée shared a picture on her official Instagram account. With the snap, she started the countdown, which she mentioned in the caption. The caption with the below picture read, “Bride to be finally 25 days to goo super excited.” This means that they are getting married on February 2, 2018. There is no denying the fact that he is very much elated to have found Ankita as his soulmate. He thinks that she is the right girl for him. God has finally made him meet the best person. For the ones who don’t know, Abhishek dated Rakhi Sawant for over three years. And during this, the two even participated in famous celeb couple dance reality show, Nach Baliye 3. In fact, Abhishek and Rakhi made it to the finals and was the runners-up jodi. But he regrets being in a relationship with Rakhi. In an interview with TOI earlier, Abhishek was quoted as saying, “Rakhi is a shameful part of my past. I regret the time spent with her. She was my biggest mistake ever.” Prior to getting engaged with Ankita, Abhishek has also faced a broken engagement with a girl named, Kalpana Sonawane. They were supposed to get married by the end of 2014, which didn’t happen.
On the work front, he was last seen in one of the episodes of Khidki, which is a famous show on Sab TV. If the reports are to be believed, he will be back on small screen with Life OK's Chandrakanta - Prem Ya Paheli. The show also stars Kritika Kamra and Gaurav Khanna. Everyone has high hopes for this series.
We wish Abhishek all the very best for his impending wedding and future professional endeavours.
