On January 18, 2023, famous media photographer, Viral Bhayani took to his IG handle and shared that he had a telephonic conversation with Rakhi Sawant. Penning a long note, Viral revealed that Rakhi was pregnant and that she was not lying about her pregnancy. He also added that Rakhi is going through a lot of pain as she had a miscarriage. "Rakhi has always made us laugh and we always take her lightly. Sadly, the lady has been going through a lot of pain lately. Nevertheless she is the one who cries in the rain. Amidst her mom's health issue and personal life issues comes this bad news. 'Yes bhai I was pregnant, and I had announced the same on Bigg Boss Marathi show. But everyone thought it was a joke and did not take it very seriously,' Rakhi told me over phone. She also confirmed that she had a miscarriage."

Rakhi Sawant finally got her husband, Adil Khan Durrani back, and her fans are happy to see her living a happy married life. However, rumours were rife that Rakhi and Adil were pregnant with their first child and they were all set to embrace parenthood. During an interaction with a media publication, ANI, Rakhi refused to address her pregnancy rumours. When Rakhi was asked about the ongoing speculations about her being pregnant, the 44-year-old reacted and said:

In an interview with the ETimes, Rakhi Sawant had hinted at troubles in her life and revealed that a lot happened while she was locked up inside the Bigg Boss Marathi 4 house. The actress, who is vocal about everything, revealed that she and Adil Khan Durrani became husband and wife 7 months ago. However, when Rakhi was asked if things were fine between her and Adil, she shared that she would talk when the time was right as her priority was to save her marriage. But she didn't reveal what problems she was facing that left her heartbroken.
