Ramayana is hands down the most talked about movie in recent times, owing to its grandeur and talented star cast. Nitesh Tiwari's directorial movie casts Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles along with South's superstar, Yash in a pivotal role. The movie will be an adaption of the mythological epic, 'Ramayan' and is a trilogy. On April 2, 2024, Nitesh Tiwari began the movie shoot with a grand puja and now we got hold of a report which revealed the enumeration of the star cast.
Until recently, we were all expecting Alia Bhatt to play the role of 'Sita' in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana, but now we have confirmation reports stating that Sai Pallavi has bagged the role. As per Koimoi reports, Sai Pallavi is charging three times her regular fee for her Bollywood debut. The diva will be getting six crore per film, which totals her remuneration to INR 18-20 crore. Currently, she charges 2.5-3 crore per Telugu movie.

The one star who will be making the most money from the Ramayana trilogy is none other than Barfi! star, Ranbir Kapoor. As per numerous reports, Ranbir Kapoor will be getting INR 75 crores per movie in the trilogy, which in total accounts for Rs. 225 crore. Ranbir Kapoor will be essaying the role of Lord Rama in the movie.

How can Ramayana be complete without the presence and grandeur of 'Ravana'? KGF fame, Yash will play Ravana, and he is reportedly charging a whopping INR 50 crore per instalment of the trilogy. In total, Yash will be bagging Rs. 150 crore from the film series.

Multiple reports suggest that Ramayana is being made with a massive budget of Rs. 500-600 crore. The set alone costs Rs. 11 crore. The movie is being made in three parts, and each part will focus on the different phases of Lord Rama's life, from his birth to marriage to Sita to exile and after.
