The couple has kept their functions intimate with only friends and family in attendance. The pictures and videos from their beautiful ceremonies have been making the headlines and our long wait to get the first glimpses of the dulha and dulhan is over.
Our day was made the moment we had spotted the mother of the groom, Neetu Kapoor, who had arrived with her daughter, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni at the venue. Neetu had looked gorgeous as she had picked a multi-hued lehenga-choli from the designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. On the other hand, Riddhima had looked gorgeous in a golden-hued lehenga from Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love."

Earlier, a report in the Bombay Times had revealed that the couple has taken a week-long break from their work as there are a lot of post-wedding ceremonies. The reports had claimed that as a Punjabi bahu, Alia will be having a lot of post-wedding rituals, which she needs to be part of and it includes chauka chardna rasam, 4-day long puja and Satya Narayan path. The report had further stated that Neetu Kapoor is very particular about all the rituals and she is super excited to welcome Alia.
Another report in ETimes revealed that Ranbir and Alia will be getting married on April 14, 2022. The couple will get married according to the Punjabi rituals, and Ranbir's baraat will be taken to the ladkiwalas place. A source close to the couple revealed:
"As per the tradition, the Kapoor family members will take a baraat procession between the Krishna Raj Bungalow and Vastu House. The entire stretch of road between the two locations at Pali Hill has been beautifully decked up with lights hanging from the trees and it looks no less than a big festival in the evening. Moreover, the police have been deployed to block the stretch for about 15-20 minutes tomorrow to ensure the baraat goes smoothly."
We cannot wait to see more pictures and videos from Alia and Ranbir's wedding!
