Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most loved couples in the entertainment industry. The lovebirds never leave a chance to mesmerise their fans with their mushy camaraderie. For the unversed, Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on April 14, 2022. Soon after their marriage, the much-in-love couple embraced parenthood after they welcomed their baby girl, Raha on November 6, 2022. Apart from being an amazing actor and a doting husband, Ranbir is an avid football buff and he often gets spotted at football matches. And now, in a recent interview, the actor revealed who he will never play a football match against.
On July 17, 2023, the official Instagram handle of Puma dropped a video of Ranbir Kapoor. In the video, the actor can be seen having a conversation with Mayanti Langer as he launched the jersey of Mumbai FC. During the conversation, the host asked Ranbir about who he will never play a football match against. Answering the same, the Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar actor revealed that he will never play a match against his darling wife, Alia Bhatt. Mentioning the reason behind the same, Ranbir said that his wifey is really competitive and if he beats her in the match, she will sulk a lot. Elaborating more about it, the actor stated:
"I think I'll choose my wife Alia. Because she's very competitive. And if I beat her, I know I'll be hearing about it for a long time and she will really sulk with me. So I think I would avoid playing with her."

Further, in the same conversation, the interviewer added that if Alia wins the football match against Ranbir, she might have a longer celebration. The actor agreed with the interview and mentioned that he would be screwed. In his words:
"Exactly. I'm screwed both ways."
Earlier, during a promotional interview with Bollywood Bubble for his film, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, Ranbir was asked about the one annoying habit of his wife, Alia that he tolerates. Revealing the same, the actor mentioned that he dislikes the mess that Alia makes while using the bathroom. Elaborating more on it, Ranbir stated that his wife is really organised but she has bad bathroom habits. In his words:
"The one which I tolerate is sometimes, not sometimes, her bathroom habits of throwing the towel somewhere and her makeup remover somewhere. I have OCD, so whenever she comes out of the bathroom, I can see a total mess. So that’s what I tolerate about her. She has bad bathroom habits, but otherwise she is very organised."

Ranbir Kapoor's love for football is incomparable and it is not hidden from anyone. A glimpse of the same was seen when the actor and his wife, Alia had revealed their baby girl's unique name. For instance, on November 24, 2022, Alia had shared the first-ever picture of her then-newborn daughter. In the family portrait, the doting father could be seen holding the baby while Alia was looking at her in awe. In the background, we could also see a beautifully framed picture of the baby's Barcelona jersey with 'Raha' written on it.
