Ranbir Kapoor is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. Professionally, he was last seen in the movie, Animal, and will be next seen in Ramayana. In his personal life, Ranbir is married to Alia Bhatt, and they are parents to their baby girl, Raha. While Ranbir is living a blissful life with his wife and baby girl, there was a time when he was publicly tagged as a cheater. Recently, Ranbir reacted to being tagged as a 'cheater' in public.
Recently, Ranbir Kapoor sat for an interview with Nikhil Kamath on the latter's podcast, wherein he talked about a lot of things. Talking about his relationships, Ranbir shared that he had always been tagged as a 'playboy' kind of guy who was just known for dating famous actresses. Ranbir also added that when he was in New York City, he didn't date a single girl. Sharing the reason, Ranbir said:

"When I started, I was always regarded as this playboy guy, who was just dating actresses. Let me tell you- I was in NYC for three years nine months – from 2000 to 2003. I didn’t date one girl. I was always an aashiq… So, I made myself believe that my first girlfriend in school when I left for New York, even though I was not with her, I made myself believe that that she was my love of my life. And now it’s over, let’s just focus on work."

In the same interview, Ranbir talked about his infamous relationships with two of the most successful actresses. He mentioned that even now people couldn't get over his tags as 'cheater' and 'casanova', and it had been attached to him for life.
For the unversed, Deepika Padukone, while being on Koffee With Karan, openly called Ranbir Kapoor a cheater. Talking about the same, in the recent interview, Ranbir said that he doesn't care about these tags, as blames were no entirely true. Ranbir stated that the things that were being spoken about him in public eventually reached his parents, and they also were affected by the same.

Ranbir remarked that people are far from knowing the truth, and he would never talk about someone like this in public as it's a personal thing. Ranbir also mentioned that things were spoken about him in public, and if saying this would have brought happiness to that person then he doesn't have any conflict with that person. Ranbir stated:
"Of course, I dated two very successful actresses and that just became my identity. That he is a Casanova, I was labelled a cheater for a very large part of my life and I still am. I don’t care about it because it’s not entirely true. People don’t know the entire story and I would never speak about somebody like this in public because it’s very private thing. But, things were spoken about and if it makes that person happy, I don’t have any conflict with that person.”
