Bollywood actress, Rani Mukerji is known for portraying some of the exceptional roles onscreen. She was last seen in the film, Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. Apart from being a stunning actress, Rani is a loving wife to her husband, Aditya Chopra and a doting mother to their daughter, Adira Chopra. For the unversed, the couple welcomed their baby girl in 2015. However, the baby girl was born prematurely and was even admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Now, we stumbled upon an old interview when Rani revealed some cutesy anecdotes about her daughter, Adira.
In an interview with PeepingMoon, Rani Mukerji was asked whether she feeds her daughter, Adira Chopra by her own hand and if she sleeps with the little one in the same bed. To this, Rani was quick to quip that since she and Aditya Chopra are modern parents. Thus, they have cots and everything already present in their home to take proper care of their child. However, at times when her daughter needs her the most, she used to sleep with her. Elaborating more on it, Rani said:

"Not always. But when she was young. We are modern parents so we have baby cots and all of these things but there are so many times where I have slept with Adira in the same bed when she's not well, when she has fever, those are times when children need their mothers the most."

Further, in the same conversation, Rani mentioned how her baby girl finds it fascinating to eat with her hand. Rani also mentioned that by doing so, her baby girl feels like a Bengali as her doting mommy. In Rani's words:
"Also adira finds it fascinating to eat with her hand because that's what she sees me do and for her that's a very Bengali trait because when she eats with the hand she feels that she's making me very happy and she says let's see Mama I'm so Bengali like you because I love eating with the hand."
In another old interview with ETimes, Rani Mukerji had revealed that her daughter, Adira couldn't accept her in the role of an actress. She even mentioned that her baby girl was there with her on the sets of Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway, but she hasn't seen the film yet. The leading actress and the doting mommy stated that since Adira is very young, she cannot differentiate between her as a mother and as an actress. Elaborating more on it, Rani said that whenever the munchkin sees her crying onscreen, she also starts crying.

Earlier, during a promotional event for her upcoming film, Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway, Rani had opened up about why she and her husband, Aditya Chopra have kept their daughter, Adira away from social media and the limelight. The actress revealed that as Adira is in a growing stage, they feel that it is important to protect the little one from public attention. Further, the doting mommy mentioned that when her daughter grows up, she and her husband, Aditya would leave it to her to choose if she wants to be on social media.
For the unversed, Rani and Aditya have kept Adira absolutely away from the media glares. Thus, we have very less images of their princess.
