Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra are no less than a power couple in Bollywood. While one is an evergreen diva who never ceases to mesmerise a zillion fans, the other is a talented filmmaker who has taken Indian cinema by storm. Despite being exceptionally talented, it is rare to find the duo make public appearances together. Unlike Rani, who maintains a public image, her hubby, Aditya Chopra is extremely private and never comes out in the limelight. For the unversed, the couple is blessed with a daughter, Adira.
Previously, in one of her interview with The Film Companion, Rani Mukerji made some candid revelations about her marriage with Aditya Chopra. The diva highlighted how the two of them strive to maintain a sense of equality between themselves and never fret away from hyping each other’s achievements. She said:
“There is mutual respect for each other's work. Adi generally respects my craft and I respect him as a filmmaker. This helps us talk to each other without any kind of agenda, ego or judgements. I enjoy his success as much as he enjoys mine."

“So I was so completely immersed in my role of motherhood that my husband nodded and nudged me and said 'Hello, you are Rani Mukerji you need to go back to the arch lights. You can't do this. Your child is born. She will grow up. She will have her own life. But you cannot forget who you are. You fans are waiting for you so you need to go back to work."

In an interaction with The Times of India, Rani had revealed that Adira had followed her footsteps and developed a liking to her mommy’s Bengali culture. In her words:
“My daughter has developed a fondness for tea, which is significant in Bengali culture.
