Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s destination wedding fever is still rising and we are totally obsessing over the newly-wedded couple. Deepika and Ranveer got married at Lake Como, Italy, on November 14-15, 2018 as per Konkani and Anand Karaj rituals. As soon as Deepika and Ranveer released their official wedding photographs, it broke the internet and dominated our social media timeline, and no, we aren’t complaining! While we have earlier informed that Ranveer and Deepika bestowed their guests, who attended their wedding in Italy, with a customised gift. As if the trip to Lake Como and witnessing Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding wasn’t enough that DeepVeer gifted a silver photo frame and a thank you note to all the guests who attended their Italy wedding. Code Silver shared these pictures on social media and wrote, “Ivory & gold! It was a pleasure fabricating Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh’s wedding giveaways! P.S. - the picture inside the frame is only for representative purpose.” And they captioned another post, “Beauty is in minimalism, but that’s also what’s challenging! It was a pleasure fabricating Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh’s wedding giveaways! P.S. - the picture inside the frame is only for representative purpose. They were otherwise presented with handwritten notes by the duo.”
As per the earlier reports, Deepika and Ranveer have asked their guests to not shower them with gifts and instead donate them to her NGO, 'The Live Love Laugh Foundation'. As per Mid-Day report, "The bride and groom have requested the guests to not shower them with gifts. If they wish to give them anything, they've requested that donations be made to Deepika's foundation that actively works towards creating awareness and removing the stigma around depression. Both Ranveer and Deepika are deeply committed to the cause and want to involve all their guests in the good deed."

A few days ago, Ranveer’s stylist, Nitasha Gaurav shared a team picture from DeepVeer's Konkani wedding and wrote, “Us and ours #MrsandMrRanveerSingh #deepveerkishaadi #ranveerkishaadi”. Looks like the couple has gifted their photographs with every guest as a gift to them, along with a thank you note.
Deepika and Ranveer hosted their first wedding reception on November 21, 2018, at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru. The newlyweds looked like a million bucks, came hand-in-hand on-stage to pose for the paparazzi and media. When they asked Ranveer and Deepika to pose solo for the pictures, Ranveer said “NO” to posing for pictures sans Deepika and vice-versa, and quipped, "Abhi miyan-biwi saath hue hain, tu alag kyun kar raha hai?" Nutritionist Pooja Makhija posted two pictures on her social media handle from Deepika and Ranveer’s Bangalore reception. Sharing one with Deepika and her mom, Ujjala Padukone, Pooja captioned the pic as, “The live. The love. The laugh. The bride with the greatest humility, brightest smile and the biggest heart. With her mother - her strength her model.
