Bollywood actor, Ranveer Singh is one of the most sought-after celebrity in Tinseltown right now. The actor had made his acting debut in Bollywood with the film, Band Baaja Baaraat, and since then, there has been no looking back for him. Over the years, Ranveer made his mark in the film industry with his versatlity and unique style. According to multiple media reports, Ranveer Singh bought a luxurious quadruplex apartment in a high-rise residential tower, Sagar Resham on Bandstand in the plush locality of Bandra in Mumbai. The actor spent a hefty sum for Rs. 119 crores to get his hand on the property, and this massive transaction was one of the most expensive deals for a single residential apartment in India.
Apart from being a direct sea-facing property, Ranveer and Deepika's apartment is located between actor, Salman Khan’s residence in Galaxy and Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow, Mannat. With a total carpet area of 11,266 sq ft, the apartment is spread across the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floor of the tower. Moreover, it has an exclusive terrace area of 1,300 sq ft, which is the cherry on the cake. Other perks of this lush property include an unbroken view of the Arabian Sea from the Bandstand, and 19 parking spaces.
As per a report in the Economic Time, the property has been bought under a firm named Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, which has paid a total stamp duty worth Rs. 7.13 crores for the transaction. As per documents provided by Indextap.com, the registration was made on July 8, 2022. Being a high-profile residential stretch, the price for the purchase was just over Rs. 1 lakh per square foot.
On the work front, Ranveer Singh was last seen in the film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
