From chup-chup ke pyaar to khulam khula ishq, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have come a long way. The two had tied the knot on November 14-15, 2018, in Italy in a close-knit wedding ceremony. And since then, their fans have been eagerly waiting for them to announce the ‘good news’ or the news of their pregnancy. Deepika is often rumoured to be pregnant, however, the reports of her pregnancy never came out to be true.
On August 24, 2021, the internet had gone berserk when someone had asked Parineeti Chopra whether Ranveer Singh has become a father. It had all started when Parineeti had hosted an 'Ask Me Anything' session on her IG handle. One of her fans had asked her, "Ranveer Singh papa ban gaya." Sharing the question, Parineeti had asked Ranveer to confirm the same. Well, neither the confirmation nor the denial came, in a recent interview, Ranveer talked about having kids with Deepika and their life ahead.

In an interview with the Indian Express, while promoting his upcoming show, The Big Picture, Ranveer Singh was asked how he would paint his life’s big picture. Ranveer blushed and imagined his life with his wife, Deepika Padukone and their kids. He said, “Woah! I would want a lovely house where my wife, my kids and my family are around, playing around joyfully. Everyone is happy and healthy. I don’t know what else to ask other than that I am able to entertain till my last day. This is my life’s big picture.”
Ranveer Singh also talked about the tips his wife, Deepika Padukone gave to him when he was practising for the show. He shared, “Deepika always has constructive criticism for me, which I take very positively. I showed her my mock sessions. She gave me some tips and raised some very good points. I noted those points and imbibed them. I am really grateful that I have a sharp wife as a partner, who enhances my work through her constructive criticism.”

While playing The Big Picture with reporters, a photo of a mouse appeared, making him reveal his personal story and his relationship with his wife, Deepika. He said, “Meri gharwali saamne aati hai, mein yeh ban jaata hoon Otherwise, I am a leopard on set, but this is my reality at home.”
On July 31, 2021, Deepika Padukone and her husband, Ranveer Singh were snapped outside the Hinduja Hospital in the Khar district, Mumbai. The reason behind their visit to the hospital is yet not known, but it had started their pregnancy rumours. Their massive fan base was super-excited as they are anxiously waiting to hear the much-awaited 'good news' from the celebrity couple.
Ranveer Singh will make his television debut with the show, The Big Picture, which will launch on Colors on October 16, 2021.
