The chemistry of B-Town’s favourite couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have redefined the meaning of true love from time to time. When our bindaas prince of B-town, had met the ever-so-charming, Deepika at the Zee Cine Awards in Macau, he had felt the sparks in her eyes and butterflies in his heart. And on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bansali’s film, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram- Leela, Deepika and Ranveer’s love story had begun.
After a courtship of six years, the lovely couple had entered marital bliss. On October 21, 2018, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone had surprised all their fans with the big announcement of their wedding on November 14-15, 2018. The most sought-after couple, Ranveer and Deepika had taken to their IG handles and had shared the happy news with all their fans. They had married in both Konkani and Sindhi style, and their pictures were a sight to behold.

Ranveer and Deepika’s epic love story is a perfect case of what we call success coming together with support. They have always been seen as each other’s biggest critics and fans. Recently in an interview with Film Companion, Ranveer opened up about how much secure he feels despite Deepika Padukone’s achieving more success than him professionally. He has also shared how he is the happiest person on his wife, Deepika Padukone's achievements.
While answering the question, Ranveer Singh also mentioned that he is the kind of person who loves to see his partner shine in her own career. He explained :
“That’s just who I am. I can’t be any other way. I have always been this secure person. I feel very happy for my wife when she achieves. There’s nobody prouder than me.”

Time and again, Ranveer Singh had always proved to be a loving husband for his wife, Deepika Padukone. The way he looks at her is beyond words. On Deepika’s personal website, Ranveer Singh has written a heartfelt open letter for his wife. The note written by Ranveer could be read as:
“Deepika is the most amazing person I’ve met in my life. And I’m not just saying this because she’s my wife. I know her deeply as a person and I’ve collaborated closely with her as a professional. Deepika nurtures a universe within herself: of love, compassion, kindness, intelligence, beauty, grace, and empathy. These qualities make her a true and authentic artiste- she’s one of the finest actors in the world.”
Earlier, in an interview with The Times Of India, Ranveer Singh had talked about how he had spent the lockdown with his wife, Deepika Padukone. He had shared that life had gotten too busy after their marriage, the sudden break had helped the couple rediscover each other. The actor had said:
"In a way, this lockdown period has been well-timed for me. I get this time to introspect, to focus on myself. After we got married, it was crazy busy for both of us. So it's given time to rediscover each other in a different way, bond with each other."
