Ranveer Singh Reveals How Deepika Is As A Mom To Daughter, Dua, Praises Her, 'A New Center Piece..'

Ranveer Singh is not only a famous actor in Bollywood, but also a doting husband to Deepika Padukone and a loving dad to their baby girl, Dua Padukone Singh. Ranveer is the 'greenest flag' for that matter, who never skips a chance to praise his wife, Deepika. The couple became parents to their baby girl in 2024, and since then, their world has been revolving around the little one. Recently, Ranveer shared how Deepika is as a mom to their daughter, and he couldn't stop gushing over his wife.

While conversing with Marie Claire, Ranveer Singh heaped praises on his wife, Deepika Padukone. The actor stated that his wife has a new centrepiece of the universe in her life currently, and that's none other than their baby girl, Dua. He mentioned that being a mom is the best version of Deepika that he has ever known. The actor stated that the way someone does something is the way that person does everything, and that's the case with Deepika being a mom. Ranveer stated that Deepika is always present, beautifully gentle, caring, sensitive and attentive. Ranveer can be quoted as saying:

"There is a new center piece of her universe and that’s our baby girl Dua. This is the best version of Deepika I have ever known. As it is often said, ‘the way you do one thing is the way you do everything’. That holds true in the case of Deepika as a mother. She is completely present. Absolutely immersed. Extremely attentive, sensitive, caring, and beautifully gentle.”

In the same interview, Deepika Padukone was asked about her comeback in the acting world. Deepika has taken a break from the acting world to take care of her child, Dua. If the reports are to be believed, she didn't even hire any nannies and managed it all by herself. Now that she's preparing for her comeback, she talked about the same. The actress said that she has to continuously say to herself that it doesn't mean that life needs to end after having a child, rather she has to deal with both. The actress shared that she has to prepare herself by conversing with herself that she needs to return back to that part of her life, she had before having a baby, but also, when she's not able to be with her little one, she feels mom's guilt. Deepika can be quoted as saying:

"I do have to tell myself that your life doesn't end the minute you have a child, and that you do need to get back to your life, or at least a part of your life before you had a baby…but every moment where I'm not able to be with her, there is guilt.”

Talking about Dua being the daughter of two famous actors, Deepika said that she wants her daughter to grow up free from any kind of expectations. The actress shared that when she was a little girl, her father never sat and told her that he was a famous badminton player, and it was something that she got to know much later. She stated that she would want something similar for her daughter, too. She further talked about watching Dua when she sleeps along with Ranveer and then sharing a glance between them husband and wife, thinking that that miracle, which they wanted to happen with them, has finally happened.
